Delivery
How long it takes
Orders are tracked and typically arrive within 5–9 days of being placed. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.
We give a date range on the product page rather than a single promised date, because we'd rather be accurate than optimistic.
Delivery charges
Delivery is free on every order. There is no minimum spend and nothing is added at checkout — the price you see on the product page is the price you pay.
Where we deliver
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands. Remote postcodes can occasionally take a little longer than the range above.
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
If something goes wrong
If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, or the estimated window has passed, email info@shopkavelo.co.uk with your order number and we'll chase the carrier.
If a parcel is lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or refund you in full — that's our problem to solve, not yours.
Wrong address
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away — we can usually correct it before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped we can't reroute it.
