These terms apply to purchases made through this website. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
1. About us

2. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we email you to confirm dispatch. If we can't fulfil an order — for example an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error — we'll tell you and refund you in full.
3. Prices
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free on every order, so the price shown is the price you pay. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
4. Using the products safely
The Kavelo handle is a mobility aid designed to fit into a U-shaped door striker. Please make sure the tongue is fully seated in the striker before putting weight on it, and check the fit on your own vehicle. The stated load rating is the manufacturer's figure.
The seatbelt cutter and window breaker are for emergency use. Keep the handle out of the reach of children.

5. Returns

6. Liability
We don't exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be excluded under UK law. Subject to that, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the goods.

We handle personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy.
8. Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email info@shopkavelo.co.uk and we'll try to put it right. If we can't resolve it between us, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution scheme or take the matter to court.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.
