What we do

Kavelo sells mobility and vehicle-access aids online to consumers in the United Kingdom. We sell to consumers only and we do not currently ship outside the UK.

Our products and what they are not

Kavelo products are consumer aids, not medical devices. They are not CE or UKCA marked as medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any medical condition.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a condition affecting your mobility, balance or strength, please speak to a doctor, physiotherapist or occupational therapist about what is suitable for you before relying on any aid.

Weight and load figures shown on this site are the manufacturer's stated ratings. Please make sure any product is correctly and fully seated before putting your weight on it, and check that it suits your own vehicle.

Accuracy of information

We take care to describe our products accurately, and specifications come from the manufacturer. Manufacturers occasionally change specifications without notice. If something you receive does not match its description, contact us and we will put it right — see our Returns & Refunds policy.

Intellectual property

The Kavelo name, the text and the layout of this website belong to us and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. Some product photography is supplied by manufacturers or suppliers and remains their property, used with permission.

Any vehicle manufacturer or brand names mentioned on this site are used only to describe compatibility. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any vehicle manufacturer.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, email info@shopkavelo.co.uk and we will try to resolve it directly. If we cannot resolve it between us, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution scheme, or take the matter to court. You can also get free, impartial advice from Citizens Advice.

Governing law

This site and any dispute arising from it are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.
